Three years at the Athena Group and here I stand witnessing the growth of the HR team from merely a single person to 7 team members that we are now. Quite an exciting adventure indeed that keeps me thriving every day to meet our hiring and administrative goals that include a plethora of operational domains spanning talent sourcing, negotiations, and hiring requirements. HR being one of the core departments at the group, gives me immense pride to be a part of this wonderful team leading change with challenge as our daily fuel!

Bernard is a management visionary, climbing the ranks of the global conglomerate L’Oreal ($106.6 Billion) to claim a Managing Director role for L’Oréal Europe. Bernard has had over 20 years of management experience, in some roles managing in excess of 250+ employees. His expertise was the infiltration of the company’s core framework, and reorganization through a multitude of cutting-edge management techniques designed to launch the company towards success. He was hailed at L’Oreal for his skill and travelled globally to countries such as Australia, France, Canada and Spain, resolving high profile management situations and improving company performance.

As Bernard continued to climb the ladder, he grew homesick and decided to pursue his family life. However, not to be taken lightly, Bernard is now Managing Director of Froothie UK & Ireland, Froothie being a multi-million dollar global company. Furthermore, Bernard is an Associate Partner at Tinderbox Consulting, providing strategic advisory services with top-line growth and profit improvement through winning strategies and effective sales, marketing and team improvements.

With an offline background in Service Management, Vlad’s journey began working for international giant Heineken as an Incident Manager, mediating vendors that offered various support services (hosting, IT, logistics) and warehouses around the world to ensure the Global Supply Chain worked flawlessly.

Eager to learn new things and ready for a new challenge, Vlad accepted Athena’s offer to join the company in 2016 and so the online adventure began. Since then, Vlad has been leading Influencer and Content Marketing projects, coordinating Paid Digital Marketing efforts, implementing new processes and solutions that focus on efficiency, managing external marketplaces (Amazon, eBay) and helping the company reach its full potential.

I have been working for The Athena Group of Solutions for over 3 years. I started as a customer representative for French speaking countries. I am now the team manager overseeing the European team. Our main focus is always our customer satisfaction – we thrive to offer each and one of our customers an excellent service together with high quality products.

Katerina earned her master degree in marketing communication. After her studies, she has been working as a production manager, an external marketing correspondent, business coordinator and customer service representative.

During her professional career, she experienced both the client and the supplier site. She worked in different countries and with clients from all over the world. She is communicative, focused on building and maintaining of relationships both internally and externally, organized, efficient and always willing to go the extra mile for on-time content delivery.

Theo has worked in a customer support oriented environment, providing great direct customer care with being involved in design/creation activities. She Joined the Athena Group of Companies team in 2017 as a Business Development Assistant and has been involved in Project Management Assistance on product launches, ensuring project’s consistency and progress along with the Project Manager. Her organizational skills and motivation helped her in email drafting, leads communications, schedule meetings, spreadsheets management and social media involvement.

Hisham is a savvy and energetic CPO with robust leadership skills driven to meet or exceed specific goals and objectives as quickly as possible. Focused on results, not the process, and will leverage resources available and solve problems creatively to get the job done.

Hisham’s engineering discipline has accentuated his execution skills delivering immaculate results consistently.
